Want to give a big shout out to Ben and his Crew for the outstanding job they did installing my new windows! 1. They arrived on time.
2. Took the time to cover my floors and minded the things around them.
3. Were courteous, cordial and respectful.
4. Worked in a timely manner.
5. Cleaned up after themselves! Hence 5 stars!!! I could have probably gotten windows that were cheaper but as they say you get what you pay for! I'm always willing to pay a little extra to have a better product!
The windows are exactly as I ordered and look beautiful!! Highly highly recommend this company!!

Was very happy with the whole experience. Everyone in the office followed up quickly and was friendly. When I got the windows installed, they were installed quickly, cleanly and everyone was again...friendly! I did the back of my house and will be sure to do the front of my house with Window Universe again. They not only popped in the new windows but one window, I opted to go for a larger size and the exterior looks perfect (interior, I need to do some touch up paint but that's on me). I'm very happy with the quality of the windows for the price, and the install was pain-free.

After getting quotes from a few other companies, there was no doubt who we were going to give this job to.
We had 10 windows replaced. From the initial meeting with Lance to the completion of the job, Window Universe exceeded all expectations. There was no buy one get two bs as with some of their competitors.
In fact I got a quote from one of those companies and they quoted over $28,000 for 10 windows. Then quickly reduced the cost to 14k. Then when they saw I was not impressed, here came the buy now price which was still considerably higher than WU. This guy was in my house for almost 3hrs.

I recently utilized Window Universe again to fully replace all 36 windows of a new investment property of mine and the process was as perfect as I remember. I worked with the same rep (Chad) as I worked with 4 yrs ago and he helped with us find the right types of windows for each area of the house and provided solutions I didn't even know were available. The tenants tell me the install went swimmingly and the neighbors were even asking for a referral! The house looks like it received a facelift and I am so pleased with my investment.

Amazing, STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE. Excellent price and phenomenal OKNA doors! The salesmen are professional and knowledgeable but don't make you feel uncomfortable or stay for 5 hours (CHAD ROCKS!!). The installers are PROS who have decades of experience and were sensitive to my prior traumatic experience with a different company. They took care to protect my floors and had innovative solutions to my unique needs. The owner is SO nice and is just as talented, they're all so professional and the quality of install and product... I just can't believe how beautiful! The sliding doors

I wish all service providers were this great from start to finish. Honestly, customer service focused, great no bs sales pitches, adjustable options with clear pricing, and great install and communication. Awesome products. You're spending a ton of money on windows and doors, use a company you feel good with and weren't shown a slide deck of options. Chad was great to work with, but he was only the start. Great follow ups post agreement to move forward. Highly recommend!

I am a real estate investor, property owner and landlord and I swear, they are hands down, the best window company I have ever dealt with in the past 50 years.

After 3 long years of needing windows I Met with Sam and Jen, and after having estimates done by other window companies I was fully prepared to only be able to replace the windows in half of my house. The other companies were so expensive. When Sam showed me the estimate I was so excited, I asked how much to do the entire house and a sliding glass door .. the estimate was still considerably less than any other company I spoke to. Sam even told me how to get a rebate from first energy. All in all what a GREAT experience. I am so excited to get my new windows installed. I recommend Window
