I purchased a 2020 Ram 2500 Diesel truck about 2 months ago from a local Dodge dealer. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle the dealerships detailer had washed the vehicle with a contaminated rag which scratched the truck in several places, creating highly visible imperfections.
I went back and forth with the dealer for about a month to try and seek resolution to my problems, but it was too late and they already had my money. They refused to fix the issue. Knowing Tim for more than a decade, I decided to contact him to see if he could fix the mess of my new truck.

Went for a ceramic coating with complimentary services like interior steam cleaning, slight paint correction and a few others. The car looked better than when I bought it! There was some factory paint imperfections which Tim polished right out. Also some harsh water stains that take serious skills to remove which he did flawlessly. He also informs customers on how to wash and maintain that new car finish. Very satisfied with the final results Tim is the real deal!

I had my Tesla Model 3 ceramic coated and I am so impressed! I have never had this type of service before, so I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. The owner explained everything to me in detail and was very thorough (his shop was also extremely immaculate). When I got my car back it was sparkling, and every rain we get almost cleans it again. I just washed it for the first time and it barely took any effort, everything came off so easily. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends! I hope it lasts a long time!

I'm very impressed with the results of my vehicle. I just drove 3500 miles from Seattle to Ft. Myers. I took my van to the car wash, but that only took one layer of dirt off. I messaged Tim online about detailing my van. He was prompt in replying with a reasonable quote to wash and coat the outside with a special coating that would last 8 months. Much like a wax but better. I would highly recommend Flawless Image to anyone looking to have their vehicles professionally detailed.
