For over two decades, Apex Home Care Services has supported individuals and families in Western Massachusetts with quality in-home care. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, our Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Care Aides provide personal care and homemaking services to clients in Greater Springfield and Western Massachusetts, including Hampden County, Hampshire County and many towns in the Pioneer Valley.

Apex Home Care is a Springfield Massachusetts-based, family-owned home care agency that offers non-medical home care services. Services include personal care, light housekeeping, prescription pick-up and grocery shopping. We help ensure that the evolving needs of each client are addressed according to their individual plan of care and regularly supervise the services our caregivers provide.
When I meet a new family, I enjoy looking at their wedding and family pictures. By understanding the love and support surrounding each client, I open a conversation that helps us create an individualized plan of care for the loved one that needs in-home support. I have a deep admiration for the elderly and their life experiences.
We are owned and managed by a Registered Nurse (RN) with 25+ years of experience in acute care and home care. Apex develops an individualized care plan, initiated and overseen by an RN, to ensure that we fulfill the specific needs of each client and their family. We ensure consistency of care within each client's home.
Apex Home Care's Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Care Aides provide personal care and homemaking services to clients with diverse needs. A Registered Nurse oversees each client's plan of care. Apex can help with the special needs of elder clients and their families, including management of hospice care or discharge from the hospital or rehabilitation program.
Certified home care aides from Apex provide personal care, as well as homemaking services to a variety of patients with direct supervision by a Registered Nurse. Apex can help with the special needs of elder patients and their families, particularly with discharge options and enhancement to rehabilitation services and hospice care.

Cheryl Rumley and her company has supported our family over the last 5 years. First, when my brother was critically ill with cancer... Cheryl helped me make some of the most important decisions of my life to keep him safe at home as he coped with his disease. Apex continues to help my entire family, as my sister and I are now dealing with the long term care of our aging parents. Their home health care services have supported us and them... so they can remain safe and secure in the comfort of their own home.
