Nice corner shop with some comfortable clothes options. I love the twist on words with their shirts! Fair prices for this quality.

This place shows up as the first search result when I look up bait and tackle shop. Obviously it is not. I don’t know why google is advertising it as one.

Great store with a lot of great looking t-shirts and hoodies. Bought them for all the grandkids.

Found the exact sweater I was looking for. Prices are on the high end but the sales associate working there was wonderful.

The hoodie I got was incredibly faulty, there were holes that I missed before buying it. This is unacceptable, I didn’t have super high expectations but I expected it to at least not have holes in it. It’s pretty overpriced and yea I don’t recommend.

We have bought many T shirts and sweatshirts from Bite Me Bait . The selection is always great and the items are very high quality.

Horrible treatment towards employee, have them work without heating in winter time and uses them as bite to obtain hidden benefits. If you want to get cheated and abuse go work there, they think they are living in slavary still

If I could give a 0 start I would. This place has rodents and is very uncomfortable to be in. The bosses don’t seem to care nor seem to even try to act like they care when a complaint is put in. definitely don’t recommend. Would have just been a better trip for me if I didn’t go at all. I have heard good things but it was not as expected.

Horrible Customer Service Experience at extremely high prices. Was told not to touch or unfold the merchandise. This is after spending a fortune on just 2 t-shirts. And continued with abusive comments as my girlfriend and I walked out. Another customer commented that he had an equally horible experience and that it was not the first or second time he's heard it. She basically chased us out of the store. If you like being abused at high prices feel free. A bad hire will destroy ba reputable business. We will gladly shop elswhere!

Every year that I come down to Newport I stop at bite me bait and it’s always the same clothes and the same logos. To add onto that, the store is freezing and I have seen multiple mice and other small rodents running across the store floors. Their customer service is horrible and overall I do not recommend going to this store.

I have had the best experience with Bite Me Live Bait! I emailed with the hope of ordering a larger size that was not available on the website. I was immediately answered back by Jeffrey Marlowe who was so very helpful! He went completely out of his way to email back and forth with me multiple times to figure out a way to solve the issue and he did just that! I am so very happy with my purchases. I received my shirts today and they are absolutely amazing! They are fantastic quality and the graphics are just what I expected! I will be recommending Bite Me Live Bait shop to everyone I know! Awesome great quality shirts. I have been buying their T-shirts for many years- probably over 100 by now. Really comfortable and durable, UNLIKE "touristy T-shirts" that seem to be offered by all the other T-shirt vendors. Also, their XX large shirts are quite long- perfect for tall people. Very nice owners and staff too!

Yeah, this place is AWESOME!! My hubs bought shirts for our 4 kids there last week and when we got home we realized that 2 of the shirts were too small (our kids are growing like stink weeds!) and we were so sad, as were the kids. I called the shop to see if there was anyway we could send them back for a swap. I was actually going to reorder because the kids were so bummed and I thought she could just credit me back. Instead, she said we were just going to do the honor system and she overnighted me 2 new shirts in bigger sizes! I overnighted the original shirts back to her and my kids were happy

This is one of the best stores in Newport! The t-shirt designs are so clever, the quality is the best too, never shrinks after washing, the prints stay the same. The staff is nice and helpful too
