A very fun place for the family but some staff needs to be trained or retrained on how to handle food. The young lady at the snack bar tonight (Jay) was eating the ice cream from the scoop in between serving the two cups I had ordered. She was very distracted by explaining to everyone that she had hurt her shoulder and that is why service was slow.

Doesn't get much easier than this for an easy family outing. They have activities that mostly any age will enjoy. We've done bowling with a group with ages ranging from a baby (of course, they didn't play) all the way up to senior age. Everyone enjoyed it. I will say, it's not exactly the best spot for a meal, but plenty of snack options are available if you get hungry.

The service is very DISRESPECTFUL. Especially LIZ.. A frumpy angry bartender that has no logic or consideration for guests. I've been a superhost for Airbnb Spence 2015. Rule number one.. The customer is always right. After waiting 30 minutes for our first drink, Liz was asked to give us 2 chilled shots of Patron.. The shots came light and room temperature. At $16 a shot.
I still tipped $20 for two shots and one beer
A while later, we went back to the bar to find out we were "cut off after bowling with our kids.. How Embarrassing!! The food was medicore at best.. Everything is overpriced

We recently had a birthday party at this location. Booked the ultimate package online with arcade. Arrived a few minutes before our time slot to decorate and prepare for our guests arrival only to find out we were not allowed in until right at 5. Something that would have been nice to know ahead of time.
Then our tables weren't even ready at 5 so our guests had to wait while we setup since we had given them the start time thinking we'd be ready.
On top of that, we were told the food order would be put in once we sat down, so now we have a limited time at our table and have to

This is such a fun place. Also if you sign up online you can get a free 3 hour pass if you go in on your birthday! There is so much to do here! This is a place for the entire family. Plus I love that they offer a full menu, but just bowing alley food.
One suggestion I would make, if you're Visiting during the weekend it might be more economical to buy individual passes to the different attractions versus a three hour pass. We paid for a three hour pass but because the lines do get quite long we were only able to do the laser tag, go karting, and bumper boats. For two kids if we would have

This review is for mini-golf only.
The day of my visit there were a ton of people not following the local rules and common mini-golf courtesy. Two examples of not following the rules/courtesy:
1. Groups larger than the course rules, slowing everyone down behind them.
2. People hitting more than the five stoke limit.
This location has pretty much zero shade on the course. The one thing that may help you stay a little cooler in the summer, are the tikis that spray water.
The mini golf course itself was well maintained and challenging.
What could make it better? Ensure people are aware of

To start off I recommend reading through the reviews (most negative are on bar/restaurant) that have been posted... I find it funny that the business owners responses seem to be almost rehearsed or even better yet copied and pasted. An unusual experience... really? The bar/ restaurant experience is often not the best but tonight.... They really out did themselves! We checked in at 6:38 PM and FINALLY received all of our drinks over an hour later (except for one drink), with the food to follow close to 1.5 hours later... oh... that would include the appetizers and main courses all at once. Went for my son's 7th birthday with just a couple of friends on a Saturday. Definitely recommend showing up as they are opening and going to the attractions outside first. By 11 the place had a line out the door (that did not seem to ever die down). I bought each kid the 3 hour pass which I don't think we fully utilized but definitely the $25 for entree and arcade card was worth it.

Paid for 3 hours unlimited gaming. My son is the only one bowling and twice the lane just shuts down with no notice. Trying to ask someone that works here to help us worthless. Customer service is a joke. I ask why the lane keeps shutting down I am told it is on a time limit. Time limit?? it has been 10 mins the first time it shut down and 5 minutes the next. Take your 1 star Boondocks.

Finally open again! They did about as good they can in rearranging the place for social distancing.
On a BAD NOTE though, concerning prizes, the high ticket items especially electronics turn out obsolete or defective. And Boondocks will not take an obsolete or defective item back. This has happened twice with items totaling about 8000 tickets. One item was a fitness tracker, the other was an IRobot Dog.
Also stitching and quality of the stuffed animals isn't great. I frequently have my mom restiching them for my two young boys.
I hope they address these items. It feels like a ripoff and

Boondocks is multi activity family fun center. It has plenty of parking and is well laid out for the activities it has. Arcade games are off currently but they have large FPS type games , point based games where you redeem for prizes, and a few competitive 2 player games. There is a nice selection of items at the prize counter. There is also laser tag, bowling, bumper boats, go karts , and 2 courses of mini golf. Boondocks has a bar and restaurant, you can take your cocktails on your mini golf path it seemed. There was a VIP lounge as well I am assuming for team building meetings , private parties

This place was fun but I think the Northglenn location is slightly better. This one did have a better go kart track though and the cars seemed faster. Brody, the guy working the go karts when we went, was really working his tail off and did an awesome job. He deserves a raise or something. I was a little disappointed that they don't have a ropes course like Northglenn does. They also didn't play funky music at the bowling alley which as also kind of a downer. The XD theater was cool but I would personally like to see them lessen the action a little bit in favor of a more immersive experience
