Cougar Sound Spirits Healing Center is located in North Sutton, New Hampshire, on the shores of Kezar Lake and in the healing green shade of giant eastern hemlocks. Founded in 2013, the Center offers naturopathic care as well as a full range of sound healing services. Naturopathic Medicine has as its main tenet the belief that the human body has an innate intelligence to heal itself.
We offer here, as in most naturopathic practices, a number of different Modalities (healing options) to enhance this possibility such as Nutrition, Botanicals or Herbal Medicines, Homeopathy and Sound Healing. Please see the descriptive details about all of these Modalities. We ask to enter into a healing contract, if you will, with each of you.

Food can heal us, cause our dis-ease or aggravate our condition. As we know too well today much of our food is no longer able to offer us the vitamins and minerals, enzymes etc that it used to because of nutrient deficient soil, contaminated soil from toxins of all kinds, such as heavy metals and chemical pesticides and, sadly in our more recent history in the United States, genetically modified (GMO) foods.
I went into nursing in 1970 and have always been "called, " if you will, to the healing professions. I started out in conventional medicine but always felt an interest toward allowing and fostering the body/mind and spirit to use methods to turn on the body's natural healing.
I became a nurse-midwife in 1976 and, during that career, naturally got drawn into the use of botanical (herbal) medicine and eventually homeopathy, which then led to Naturopathic Medical School.I have been a naturopathic doctor since 1997 and hope to be in practice for years to come because I am so passionate about the healing potential with this knowledge.
