Acrylic is a hard synthetic high quality plastic, often used in sheet form as an alternative to glass, providing a shatter-resistant surface. It is most commonly seen as high gloss acrylic, with a mirror-like reflective finish. High gloss acrylic will not crack, warp, shatter, chip, stain or distort from normal commercial or household activities.
High pressure laminate, or HPL, is often referred to as PLAM, or plastic laminate, or just simply laminate. It is constructed of multiple layers of kraft paper saturated with resins, topped with a decor paper and fused together by heat and pressure, forming a single, rigid laminated sheet.
High pressure laminate is affixed to a composite panel utilizing a variety of adhesives, providing a stable, durable and consistent material that is ideal for frameless cabinet construction.It is considered to be one of the most durable decorative surface materials and is available with special performance properties including chemical, fire and wear resistance.

The TFL is a melamine-saturated dcor paper that is thermally fused directly to the substrate such as MDF or particle board. Particleboard and MDF are ideal substrates for TFL because they are consistent, uniform in strength and free of defects. TFL is an excellent alternative to HPL. It has similar characteristics visually, is scratch resistant and durable.

Brandon and his team are so easy to work with! I provided him a general idea of what I wanted in my new kitchen and he designed around my needs and made it better than I imagined. Joey installs with care and perfection - the detail work on install is what is so awesome too! We had to update our study and a new bar after seeing how much we love our new cabinets! Thanks so much!

I recently built a new home and had Elite cabinets do all of my custom cabinets. I absolutely love Brandon’s work and have been completely satisfied with how everything turned out. The kitchen in particular is just amazing and the flow while cooking is phenomenal with a pull out pantry next to my refrigerator and u-box drawer next to the range to hold my utensils, knives, and spices I use most frequently. I have more storage throughout my new home than I know what to do with, which is a fantastic problem to have. Brandon and his team were a pleasure to work with, and if I ever needed any work
