I've been having trouble with my next door neighbors regarding construction I'm doing on my property. As soon as I called Eva, she was quick to return my voicemail message and squeezed me into her busy schedule. She was very attentive and asked lots of questions. Many of which I hadn't thought of. Needless to say, for the first time I feel like progress is being made.
Eva was also instrumental in helping us navigate the lengthy Berkeley permitting process. She is a wealth of information, and if she doesn't know something, she will go back and thoroughly research the issue

Eva first helped me with a landlord/tenant issue for my business office. Her advice was extremely helpful. I had a lease where I thought that I could be evicted any day without notice. Eva found out this such a lease wasn't actually legal, and that I had options. This allowed me to relax about the situation, and focus on finding a new office. Once I found one, she wrote up a lease that was straightforward, easy to understand, and totally fair and agreeable to both parties. She has been nice, very responsive, and quick to answer all my questions, and very helpful.
