There is no compromise on our motors, motor controllers or battery quality/safety between the two model tiers. The differences primarily are the features and some of the mechanical parts such as : Frame, motors rated volts/watts output, frame design, saddles, pedals, cushions, grips, suspension. On connectivity the difference is full matrix lcd display or simple led indicator display.

I stopped in to get info on the bikes and Robert, the only sales man in the shop, was more interested in helping other customers even though I had walked in first. I asked him how to fold the bike. He folded it himself without showing me how to do it. He then walked away to help another customer who was rudely demanding his attention. When I tried to unfold the bike, he grabbed it from me and lectured me on what not to do. I then asked to test ride it and he said they don't allow test rides even though the website clearly says "free test rides."

Great service. Been coming here the past 3 yrs. and must say the employees have been great very respectful, always helpful with any problems or questions i have. I recommend this place whoevers trying too purchase an electruc scooter. Plenty too choose from.very nice products. Had a flat and they were real fast fixing the problem. Blake, robert and Danny been very professional. My overall experience has been great. Keep up the good work jouvart ebikes 👍

I went into the shop as I was looking to by an ebike. The guy was on the phone and basically just put the phone down didn't get up from his seat - I asked him a couple of questions and found he was really dismissive. I guess I didn't "look" like his regular customer --

I purchased a Joulvert Playa Desert and it is one of the best purchases I've made recently. DANIEL is the gentleman who helped me from beginning to end. Patiently answered my questions and went over the entire bike for me. The bike does what it claims it can do, and is built like a truck - sturdy and fast. Ask for DANIEL, tell him you read Diamond's review if want, I don't mind. He definitely takes care of his customers and makes you feel comfortable with your purchase.

Stay away. These bikes are very cheap and these people don't know how to repair their own products. They charge $30/hr plus the cost of the parts. I paid for the repair cost in April, it is almost September and still no bike. They are unable to fix it and are blaming us for the damage, apparently the inside of the motor is shattered. This is a cheap product that can't handle daily usage in this city such as: uneven roads, potholes, RAIN!($1500 for a bike that can't handle rain). There's no excuse for the motor to shatter! Or for you to not fix it, even if you can't why

I recently purchased a Hobbee electric scooter and couldn’t be happier. It’s perfect for my daily commute between Williamsburg and Nolita and it climbs the bridge effortlessly. It’s fast, with great brakes and comfortable suspensions. The staff at the shop are very helpful. Strongly recommend for your daily city commute!
