No water, low pressure, increase in electric bill, spitting water, fluctuating pressure, or your water pump constantly running, call our office to set up a service call. By leaving a message on our answering machine, you have automatically scheduled a service call for the next business day. Those issues indicate a problem within your well system.
Extended warranty provides 4 years of coverage in addition to the standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Should the registered pump fail within 5 years from the original date of installation, JB PUMP WARRANTY CORPORATION agrees to repair or replaced the pump on the identified certificate. This protection plan includes pump failure caused by abrasion, corrosion, and lightning.
We always offer the option to upgrade your equipment, so your system better fits your lifestyle. Sharing your wants and needs for your water system allows us to provide options that you may select. What a great company. They had initially installed my well back in 2013. Lost water and called during off hours for emergency service. Received a call back first thing in the morning and within an hour they were on site fixing my well issues. Extremely polite, friendly and professional. What a great crew and company. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they resolved my issue and how reasonably priced they were. This will be my inly go to company for all my well repair needs. We had a busted fitting on the drain pipe on our artesian well leaking water in our yard. After sending a picture to the office they gave me an estimate over the phone and were here a couple hours later. The service tech, Rob, was professional, courteous, and fixed the problem quickly. The estimate was right on and we couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend them for well issues.
