Longmont Shuttle is owned and operated by Eight Black Transport (we also operate Boulder Shuttle). We are proud to be a local Longmont company. Our vehicles and drivers are based right here. We wanted to provide a cost effective yet high-value shuttle service to and from DIA. A service you can finally depend on.
We are pet-friendly for all animals, however you must notify Longmont Shuttle that you will be bringing your pet. When you submit an online reservation for a shuttle reservation, your credit card is going to be charged immediately. The payment receipt is going to say "Eight Black Partnership LLC" - the owner of Longmont and Boulder Shuttle.
Pick Up Procedure at DIA - When you have your bags, proceed outside on LEVEL 5, West Side, Door 512. We need a way to contact you when you land at DIA. As you know, travel can be unpredictable. Weather in winter and summer in Colorado can change quickly. Flights often run early or late. Our online reservation system tracks all flights and your driver receives these real time updates.
Daily Airport Shuttle Schedule - Just $49 from select hotels and any Zone 1 residence in Longmont!. You can request a shuttle ride between 4:00 and 4:30am, but there will be a base rate of $125 (not including gratuity) for any ride before 6am. When you make an online booking, please note that we will set your pick up time in Longmont so that you arrive at DIA 90 mins prior to your flight departure.
On time, great advice from Simon and Jack. I haven't flown since 2013 but your service has helped me to feel comfortable with so many changes in the way things are done now. Very well done, Longmont Shuttle. First time using the shuttle service and first time in a Tesla. I had a very enjoyable experience and my driver Simon was friendly and professional.

Best transportation service ever! I booked it within less than 24hours since I had a last minute plan change due to the weather, and everything was perfect! Driver Jim was very polite and professional and I couldn’t believe that our delay was only 7 minutes since - as you might remember - Longmont turned into an ice rink last week… Will definitely recommend Longmont shuttle to everyone all year, they get you to DIA safe & sound in any driving conditions!

My driver Randy was great! He arrived on time; was polite and professional. Unfortunately on the commute to the airport, we got pulled over. The tags on the shuttle were expired - more than a year expire. Randy was fortunate that the sherif was gracious and let him off with a warning because he recognized that it is the owner’s responsibility to keep the tags current. Despite the unplanned interruption I made it to the airport in plenty of time. My concern is the owner may not have an appropriate level of oversight and management of their vehicles.

At the recommendation of my neighbor, I scheduled Longmont shuttle to take me to DIA. I will never drive to the airport again! As a senior, the fare was so reasonable. Frankly, I was expecting a much higher fare.
Jim, my driver, arrived per our schedule, was friendly and helpful with my bag, while navigating my very icy driveway. We picked up one other individual and it worked out perfectly.
I highly recommend Longmont Shuttle!!

The shuttle got there before the time they said they will be there. Then I felt rushed forgot my mask, then I went back to get it. Beside that it was nice that they came to the building I was at. Thank you. I came to Colorado to visit my daughter and they were all working. It made everything easier for me and my family.

This goes back a bit. I tried the Shuttle the first time and all was great. They then contacted me and offered me a free future ride if I posted a review. Having gotten good service, I went ahead and posted a positive review, and actually bought a bundle of future rides. I love supporting good local businesses. My next ride didn't go so well. I booked a ride which turned out to be very tightly scheduled. They knew my flight schedule and never questioned it. Being new to the service, I thought I was leaving enough time. Longmont Shuttle did not schedule the ride with the timing of the flight arrival. To catch the next available slot on the shuttle, I would need to wait 5 hours. Rather than wait at the airport for five hours, I found a different ride home but they would not give me a refund (or an apology) but instead gave a credit on a future ride. In addition, there was an unpleasant customer service attitude. I am not likely to use this service again even to use the credit. I have never had any such issues on the other shuttle service.

Longmont Shuttle is a godsend for those of us in Longmont and environs who need to get to and from the airport. I regularly visit my elderly parents in Longmont and rarely need to rent a car. Longmont Shuttle gets me where I need to go. The vans are clean and safe, the drivers courteously, friendly and helpful and the overall service excellent. They track your flight and when there is a delay automatically book you for the next shuttle time. They will text you to let you know driver is on the way and when they arrive.
