Out of my own need as an airbrush tanning client I wanted a service that was organic, custom to MY skin tone, detailed, not sticky and luxurious! To my dismay no salon offered all the above. This moved me to create Megera De Soleil (meaning Megera of the sun)!

Last appointment is 30-45 min prior to closing. If you require an appointment on a day that we are closed, prior to opening or past closing (subject to availability) it is for an additional fee of $50 plus the cost of the tan. A valid credit card number will be needed in order to reserve your appointment (we will call you).

Yes, Megera is a master of her craft to the utmost extent, but all encompassing, she is an absolute artist. Her prep is clear and concise and most importantly... so educational and necessary. Her meticulous attention to detail and every contour of your body is absolutely masterful. This is the elite and best luxury custom tan in all of Marin! It’s taken me a long time to find a place that I love, and I can honestly say I will never tan anywhere else! Megera is professional and friendly, her formula is custom to me based on why I’m tanning, I always leave feeling dry and the tan is so natural you can’t even tell! I have been given spray tans in many major cities - Boston, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, among others - but it wasn't until I met Megera that I discovered what a professional airbrush tan should look like. I am very (!!) fair and my skin is quite fickle when it comes to developing an airbrush tan. Megera has customized my solution and developing time so that my tan is perfect every single time - for me, that's weekly (I said I was fair skinned). Her contouring technique is also much appreciated -- who couldn't use a little help in the toning department? And her pre- and post-tan care instructions

I could write a novel on Megera but I will try to keep this short and sweet. I rarely feel as good as I do as when I leave Megera's spot. She truly is an artist.
I am fair-skinned, blonde and blue eyed, with countless failed attempts with so many spray tans, over the counter products, and other tanning options galore. I don't burn but I don't tan, so I just stay out of the sun and that just leaves me naturally white as ever or oranger than a burnt orange.

I literally can not say enough about Megera, the service, the salon - the entire experience is above and beyond. Aside from the fact that she is an authentic, sweet and caring person, the personalized service is exceptional. From the notes she takes so that she can remember what works and what you like, to the glitter dust she coats you with so you look radiant walking out the door and are not sticky, she is just next level. Does she take her time and does not rush the service? Yes. Should you be respectful of her and her time and make sure you aren't rushed because then the experience is sacrificed
