Marty forgot to follow up with work to be done. He forgot to set an appt. When I called him several times, he said, "Oh..I forgot". We then selected a day to do my work, AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP....& NEVER CALLED!!!!
During this time., I called him to remind him about the work once or twice over many weeks, & he said "you call too much", which was totally untrue.
Marty was to come here to do my job, & never gave me the courtesy of calling...he simply failed to show up & NEVER CALLED. He didn't return any texts or voice mails as well.

We did a million-dollar+ renovation on our home in Babylon Village and after dealing with dozens of contractors I have to say Marty from MisterGutter.com was absolutely the most professional contractor out of them all.. He was always easy to reach, would always call and text and show up when he was supposed to... He was the most reliable company we dealt with and most of all his crew did a beautiful job on our black gutters and leaders... **UPDATE** Weeks after his job was done we needed to reroute a leader because another contractor screwed up and Marty came back and did the work free of charge

Thanks to Marty new gutters are looking spiffy complete with gutter guards to keep birds and leaves out. Crew was amazing never would have known
these guys were at my house, Marty called me to inform
that wood facia board did not need to be replaced as
we thought it might they because it was hanging down,
they reattached the facia and capped with white aluminum trim to keep protected.Marty than told me
my bill would be several hundred dollars less because no need to replace the facia board....., what a real pro
