I had to find a local laundromat after the washer at our long-term AirBnB couldn't handle a large comforter at our place. I saw M&S Coin Laundry had pretty good ratings and decided to visit, and I'm glad I did. Mary, who was working there when we came in, was extremely kind and welcoming to everyone who came in. She told me to please feel free to ask her if I had any questions for her after I mentioned it was my first time there. When I had questions, she answered them graciously.

Poor customer service. Dryers are not good, set on high and still had to put a lot of money into them for a small load. The company owner tried to rip me of when I went to soap center machine to purchase softeners. The softeners from the machine only came with 2 sheets when you could've just went to the attendant and purchase a box with 20 sheets. Which I did, I let them know the issue and the manager made a fuss about with his employee. Again, poor customer service at hand.

Such nice manager and clean, reliable laundry machines! Price is reasonable. Our washing machine broke so by the time my husband was trying to trouble shoot time went by and we rushed to go to a place close to our home. We made a wrong turn and detoured and got there 5min after 8pm. Their rule was no new loads after 8pm. Rule is a rule and we understand. We were trying to explain we don't need the dryer but the lady didn't even want to hear it. So we just rushed back in the car and I called M&S Laundry and told the manager I just need the washing machine. She said without hesitation "come on in

I used M&S through delivery.com. I scheduled my pick up & drop off times. The owners/operators kept calling me to drop my clothes off before I would be home to receive them. While putting away my clothes, I found that a pair of my work pants ( knit ponte slacks) had been very noticeably ripped in two places! They didn't say anything to me, or note it on my ticket. And that sucks...I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Yes, this is a brand new place... M & S Coin Laundry is nothing like the previous laundry which was located here. This place is clean, bright with a helpful staff. Marie is awesome plus there's plenty of games to play. Definitely a great place to take care of all your laundry needs in Marietta. I will be coming back

What!!! Tiny, Tiny, Tiny Laundromat. Dirty and cramped with all types of things on top of the washers. Water and towels on the floor. The alarm sounded and the attendant (sweet guy) could not turn it off.
First step of laundromat success is always have a clean environment. No one wants to clean their clothes in a dirty environment.
