Omg, I love this store! I stopped in to find something to help my Mom with some health issues that her doctor could not seem to correct. I told the older gentleman that was working in the store the problems my Mon was having and he gave me Black Seed Bitter and liquid Glucosamine & Chondrotin. I was blown away because in 3 days my Mom felt better. I went back because I forgot to get something to help her sleep and like magic, he gave me some tea her and it worked. I purchase from Nature and Herbs mainly because I believe in and use Chinese herbs. Any issue I have, there is a product that will effectively bring me relief. I have been going to this store for more than 10 years. The owner is so very knowledgeable about each and every remedy on his shelf.

I have been a customer for years. I moved from NY and would order my natural soap or go back home to buy. I stumbled upon Nature & Herbs and they had my soap. So no more Amazon orders and I don’t have to trek back home to NY for soap. Thank you Jeff for the customer service and always being pleasant.

My family and I have been visiting this small business for many years. The owner is very nice and helpful. If you respect him and his business, he will respect you and yours. Prices vary. He has everything you can imagine for natural cures, traditional teas, essential oil, and etc.

Prices always change can never print a receipt they over charge for everything. If you purchase a lot ask for receipt and go over it before you leave the store.

Do NOT buy here or order from here!!!
They are dishonest and will keep your money and not send you anything and not respond to your requests for a refund. I would suggest everyone else who has been cheated here to make a formal complaint to the Maryland Attorney General's Office. I truly believe this is the only way to remedy this situation.

Beware of this company! Order #2529 Ancient Nutrition - Bone Broth Protein Burst Pre-Workout Coconut Lime. Ordered then paid for product, but the company never shipped it. They did not even bother to return my emails inquiring about my order. I ended up contacting paypal to have my order refunded. This company is a scam/vampire company who will siphon your money & or time. Stay clear.

I only can give this place 1 star because they have good products, but there customer service is terrible and the owners scam on their prices the prices are different every time. If you let them they will over charge you for their products.

I found this business on Amazon and they sold me some defective Kormantee. I reached out to the company via email. There response was for me to contact the vendor excuse you. I brought it from you not the vendor shouldn't you call. I'm the customer. Not professional at all. After 4 emails. I had to complain to Amazon they finally agreed with me and refunded my money back. So beware when buying from this company you may get some defective items .

I'm not sure why people give this place one start because of the owner. I love this place. They have the largest selection of natural herbs, vitamins and treatments in this area. Its best to do your own research and come in and know exactly what you want.
I've been a customer for at least 5 years. Prices are a little cheaper and the quality is standard.
Con - the store is crowded with products because they sell online.

Poor customer service However great selection. Owner often short, choppy and rude.

I only come because it has everything I need and I can overlook his attitude.

Stay away from this place !! This morning, I bought a small-sized (6oz) container of black soap from them, and was made to pay $9.50 by a chinese guy behind the counter (he claimed he only worked there 2 days a week, and so had no responsibility for the owner not marking prices). If only I had known better...it retails for $4-5 everywhere else. It is not the $$ that counts, but the feeling of being cheated and ripped off at random is very disgusting. These guys need to learn to respect customers and not take them for fools. Lost a potential customer - and several others who will read this review

I am so sorry to give this place one star. It's just the kind of place I like: small local business with a large selection of natural products at a good price. The one glaring problem at Nature and Herbs is the owner! I am new to Baltimore City and needed a supplement that no health food store in the city had. (Two Whole Foods and OK Foods) Someone at OK Foods suggested this place, and after calling the store to confirm they had the supplement I took the drive out to Towson. When I walked in I was delighted with the large selection of products, but the 20 minutes I was there, looking around

Small but, crowded store. I like to go here because everyone is friendly. This is my go to spot for my Smooth Move tea. I don't go often but, when I do I am always greeted with a very pleasant attitude. Give it a try next time you are in the area and looking for natural items.
