I am not currently a customer of Precision Payroll. However, without knowing me at all, Francine literally dropped everything to try and help pay 650 employees within 24 hours while we were in the midst of a major data cloud server outage. Her willingness to go the extra mile was sincere and honorable. It became obvious that she genuinely cares about people, as well as her customers.

I wouldn't recommend this company. They charge to email you your paystubs. I requested a copy of my paystubs for a loan I am applying for. I went back and forth with emails until I received a phone call. I was told the cost would be $12. They want you to sign into a portal and do everything yourself. I dont understand how getting 4 paystubs would be so complicated. Paying so much for their service and I can even get my paystubs. On top of it all, I kept being called by the wrong name during the entire conversation despite me correcting her. I have a very easy 3 letter name.

I have been working with Precision Payroll for 16 years and have always received excellent and prompt service. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The best thing about working with them is that you deal with one person and if there is an issue you don't get transferred around from department to department like with the bigger payroll processing companies. I would 100% recommend Precision Payroll!

Best thing I ever did was switch my Payroll services from Paycheck’s to Precision. Not only did I save more than half on expenses I supported a local business owner in Wayne. As CEO of “OpaGreekCusine” I expect only the best when I put my faith in a vendor.
