In 1984, Kenneth Levanti and his father, Robert, bought an existing trophy distributor and began operating their own shop. Over the years, the customer-oriented business expanded due to their success in providing customers with custom-designed trophies and awards.
The size of the staff and facilities increased to accommodate the growth of the business as they acquired more engraving equipment with greater technological capabilities, including laser engraving and glass etching.In 2001, Robert Levanti still lent his experience and expertise to the shop after passing down sole ownership to his son Kenneth Levanti.

We came into Sarasota Awards about 2 weeks ago to order two big trophies for our Agent of the Year Awards for both our mobile home sales company and real estate group. They went above and beyond to help us and not only did they give me both awards on time and in perfect condition. They also added a last minute plaque to the order less then 24 hours before pick up and got it done for us! We will definitely be using them every year for our ceremonies. Ken runs a professional, detail-oriented business that made me feel as if I was his only customer when he and I worked on my order together. Obviously this is not the case as the awards shop is extremely busy, so being able to put that personal detail into customer service really meant a lot.
