We have a 5-year warranty on workmanship and a 10-year structural warranty. Our workmanship conforms to the guidelines stated in the NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines. This can be a tricky question, but we always advise our customers to set aside additional funds beyond the anticipated cost.

As my friends and I age, it became obvious that we needed a railing on the front porch. Although it is only one step it can be tricky. I called Silver Creek and asked for an estimate. I was visited the next day right on time and we discussed what I might prefer. I wanted something simple and sturdy. I gave the "go ahead" and Oscar left with the measurements. About two weeks later Oscar called and said that the job was ready to install.
It is exactly what I wanted. I could not be more pleased. About two hours later Oscar came to inspect the work and see if I approved. I did.
