Tri-Pups has taken care of us over the last few years and given us a nice driveway gate so we could keep our dog safe! And they helped us with a broken dimmer switch & new lighting install in our living room.
They are straight forward and to the point when it comes to the work they can do, available resources for supplies, and timing it will take to accomplish the job.
I have truly enjoyed working with Debbie, Chris, and Ted they are down to Earth and easy to chat with about things I may or may not have experience with in home maintenance/updates (e.g. Electrical, Fencing/Gate).

One extra star since they can tear out, albeit a high cost. Cost me $1040 for tear out and install. First pic is post-tear out, rest after install. No floor fill with anything but bare wood planks. Did not make them flush with sides of cabinets to fill otherwise. Cut most of the back of sink base out on 3 sides (without consulting me) to fit old pipes (which are going to be removed/replaced) leaving space for things to fall thru/under. Their solution to fill gaps otherwise is just spray foam. Toe kick haphazardly/unevenly attached (last pic) leaving gaps. After I called countertop installer to

I hired TriPups and paid their asking price ($1040) for a tear out and reinstall. I was not happy with the way it looked and how they left it. I asked them to come back and take the sink base out - which I would pay them for, my mistake - and that I would proceed myself from there. Instead, they quoted other work and said (via email) they had no time to come back out again, suggested I hire another contractor closer to my home. I posted a Google review (and here) which apparently they take offense to, and instead of reaching out to try to make things right (or simply quote me for what I asked)

Start to finish they were professional, communicative, timely, dependable and did an absolutely beautiful job on our commercial floor repair and replacement . Great attention to detail. I was able to run my businesses and never stress about this project from the moment they came through the doors for the estimate to completion which was right on time. The owners and whole crew were friendly, professional and wore their masks .

We have used Tri-Pups several times for a range of jobs. Every time, Chris does an exceptional job, is reasonably priced and is completely trustworthy. He has come out on short notice for urgent repairs and during the only job that was bigger than anticipated, he communicated about what he had found, how it needed to be repaired, and kept the billing very fair. I will continue to call Tri-Pups!

We were impressed by Tri Pups professionalism. Chris met us at our renovation project in Ferndale and was very thorough. He took his time and made sure to provide valuable input. He then provided us with a detailed quote, breaking down all of his pricing and mark ups. No hidden costs or fees, he was upfront with everything. I highly recommend Tri-Pups! They are very professional! Tri-pups fixed my sink. It fell out/got dislodged from the countertop over the weekend. They were able to come a day after I called and the job is far superior to the person who originally installed it. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Thank you Tri-Pups! I will be using you again!!

They say that they service Wayne County, but when I called them for an estimate I was told that they won't come to Detroit because they're afraid their cars will be stolen... I've lived in my house for several years now and have never had anything stolen. Very offended and would never recommend them.

This business is fabulous! We use their services for everything that needs to be done in our home. So far, they have painted our garage and basement floor, installed gutters, and fixed stairs. We especially appreciate that they are LGBT friendly, the workers are always courteous, and the prices are reasonable. Plus, we got a nifty holiday gift from them in the mail! Do not hesitate, use their services-you will not be disappointed.

When Chris came to give me the estimate for my porch to sun-room conversion, he listened to what I wanted, the only contractor that did. He then did what I wanted, in the time frame and budget we had agreed on. He and his whole team were courteous, careful of my home and cats, excellent at their jobs and a joy to have around. I have been a home owner for over 40 years and have never worked with a contractor as good as this.
