Services
J&J Optical was started in 1991 as a family business and remains a family business after 29 years of service. Great Pair Eyewear continues that tradition as we enter a new chapter serving the eyewear needs of Northern California. At Great Pair Eyewear, we offer the quality and service only a small independent group of opticians can.
Digital manufacturing allows us to fabricate lenses more accurately than previously available. Your lenses can be calculated for your prescription, allowing for better vision at all gaze angles, which allows you greater comfort in your daily visual tasks.
Digital Eye Strain is caused by exposure to the blue light which enters the eye while engaging in tasks using digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, computer screens, and many other devices with LED or LCD screens. The blue light emitted from these devices is not focused on the retina of the eye which causes your brain to continually attempt to focus it, resulting in muscular fatigue in your visual system.
