Yesterday I called with a sore throat to ask if I could make an appointment. I asked the girl on the phone for advice since I had Covid a few weeks ago (gave her dates and was transparent about all of it since I don’t know how it works with Covid timelines and I didn’t think this was related to Covid since I had been symptom free for weeks and out of quarantine) and asked if I was okay to come in. She said “It’s been long enough, I’m sure Dr. Foland will see you. She actually has an opening today if that works”. When I got there, Dr. Foland came into the room and berated me for coming

While the staff is friendly, their service needs a lot of work. I have never experienced such awful service and a complete lack of communication from any business, especially a doctor’s office. I called to see if they had any openings available to bring my 5-year-old in for an ankle x-ray; I was told I did not need an appointment and could come… right in. The person I talked to on the phone failed to inform me that there was a several-hour wait and their waiting room was closed. My 5-year-old and I sat in our car for almost 2 hours before being called in. Once inside, everything went

Primary Care Associates is wonderful. I have a pretty complex medical history and Dr. Foland has always found time to fit me in and to stay on top of calling me personally with results or getting me referrals for specialists.
All the doctors and medical assistants are always very nice and compassionate.

Primary Care Associates website states that you should come there to save money and time over other "more expensive clinics and emergency room visits" and that they are open every day until 9 pm so come on down for your quality medical care! However I do not consider a lab being closed at 6 pm on a Saturday night a good reason to send a patient to the Emergency Department because PCA does not have the ability to do anything without the lab being open .

Me and my son drop a paperwork to be sign by the doctor for school record we wait almost an hour at the lobby and they never even return the paper. Finally one assistant come out asking us some few questions. Then she let us go out again to wait. Then the manager called us again explaining he cannot sign the paperwork because the doctor that seen… my son is off. Then he promised me that they called me the next morning but until I never heard anything back from them it’s been 3 weeks already. The school nurse keep asking my son about the paper. I’m very disappointed with the service

I’m so disappointed in the ER PCA location since they switched to the new office staff company. It was bad enough in the past waiting forever to be seen, but now it’s just miserable. The last time I went, I arrived at 8:45 for the first appt of the day at 9am. Watched my doc walk through the door around 8:55, yet I wasn’t even called to the back… until 9:40. I asked the receptionist if I had made a mistake with my appt time and was told “no, it’s just our computers”. (What?? What does that mean!?). Once I was finally taken back, I had to go through every

Very disappointed in Primary Care Associates in Eagle River. I had an 11:00 appointment today. They seemed quiet busy so I expected to have to wait a little. I was taken back to a room about 11:30. At 12:00 I went out to the front dest to ask about the wait. The gal there said she would check so I returned to the exam room. No one bothered to come see me and let me know how much longer it would be. I waited another 1/2 hour and finally walked out at 12:30. I haven't heard a word from them. Horrible customer service!

Who is in charge of approving/marketing your radio commercials? The commercial regarding the dog Toby is completely inappropriate and should not be labeled as an "accidental injury." Toby's owner/handler clearly states that Toby is not friendly and does not want to be touched. The idiot continues to try to touch Toby and gets attacked AFTER THE… HANDLER TELLS HIM TO LEAVE TOBY ALONE. At the end of the ad, Toby gets in trouble. In the real life, Toby probably gets euthanized all because of the idiot who couldn't listen to Toby's handler or Toby. The commercial is not depicting an "accidental

If you're a patient of this establishment pull your medical records immediately and transfer them to another facility. These people are incredibly rude horrific customer service and do not care about the patients well-being.... they only care about receiving a paycheck. They have broken HIPA on more than one occasion. They are insistent that their patient's provide persona credit card information over the phone and then they refuse to provide any kind of proof of payment. They will not fax or email proof of payment. After all of that they decide they don't want you as a customer
