From the first phone call to job completion, every one at the company has been excellent.
On the first phone call I made I got a price for the kitchen remodel after describing the kitchen and telling them what I had in mind.
Next the design team came out to see the kitchen and talk about what my wife and I wanted. They took measurements and made some helpful suggestions.
The next visit they brought renderings of a finished remodel for our approval and a price for the completed work.
Prior to beginning the job we were given a day to day schedule of the

Repeat customers of KB Crate. They repainted all of our cabinets 3 years ago and we called them back for new counters and backsplash.
Top notch from initial sales meeting to material selection and fabrication. Never once felt pressured into anything.
Crews are always courteous and on time. Work site is kept clean and they are very respectful of your home.

We were referred to KB Crate by a friend who had a bathroom remodel done. She had great things to say about KB Crate’s service & was very happy with the final results. After seeing her pictures, we decided to also call & get an estimate for our hall bathroom.

We used Kitchen & Bath CRATE to remodel our kitchen. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. The entire staff is professional, friendly, on time, and performs quality work. We especially appreciated that the timing of each stage of the process is clearly defined up front and adhered to. Kitchen & Bath crate did a great job renovating our kitchen & half bath. Everybody was great to work with and very friendly. The whole process was amazing from meeting with their interior designer to pick out our new countertops, colors for the cabinets & cabinet door styles, to them resolving a few concerns we had on our punch list a few weeks after completion. It's been 4 months since they finished and I noticed some of the caulking where the backsplash meets the countertops starting to crack, and they were back out to my house within a week to fix the problem. I highly recommend

Once the decision was made to remodel the master bath, everything went smoothly, quickly and professionally. I was not confident in choosing the design but professional designer was provided in picking out everything from the tile, colors to the handles on the cabinets. The project started on time and was even finished a day early! A schedule is provided at the beginning of the project so there are no surprises as to the next step in the project. Phenominal group to work with. From our initial call, they were upfront with the price and potential costs of the project. Our first meeting with Willy included lost of questions to understand the size and scope of the project. He was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The most impressive part was his honesty. In now way did I think or feel that the company was trying to "pull a fast one." Once we agreed to move forward, the designer and our project manager were introduced with the same professionalism that we had previously experienced.
