I had contacted this complaint last week for recovering of data from my SSD. I was helped promptly. Within a day I got response back and even though the data couldn't be recovered(SSD was completely crashed), but I still want to give them good rating because of their prompt response and great customer support. I was also charged half the price than what was quoted initially since the data couldn't be recovered. I would go back to them in future if required.

I have been using these guys since 2012 and I love them. They are fast and efficient in response, and they have always solved my network problems for my website and software. Great service from Geek911. I have had my laptop looked at by several places in the last few years and not one of them could repair and improve the speed. I am so happy that I can keep my laptop a while longer and continue to use as much as I do use it. Ninev was great and really helped me with my laptop and has also helped me with my desktop, and what has been great is that they come to you. I have recommended them to all my clients and family.

I've been working with Ninev from Geek 911 for over 3 years on my IT support, configurations, PC repairs, connections, network, computers, virus issues the whole thing. He is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He provides our company and me with great support and helps troubleshoot windows issues with such ease. I don't know how I could function without knowing Ninev is text or email away and help me fix anything computer, software or hardware related. When I looked on yelp and found not ONE on-site computer support business, I thought it was high time I yelp for GEEK911. Robert Sarkes, the self-proclaimed "Chief Geek" is a wizard with the computer. He does house calls in his GEEK911 ambulance for a REASONABLE fee and can fix most problems right on site. He's professional, punctual, and nothing short of brilliant!!!
