What a majestic vacation in Beaver Creek. The condominium at Townsend Place was just as described. 1 bedroom with 2 baths and large enough for 4 people. We enjoyed the fireplace and balcony very much. We would recommend eating at Splendido and Grouse Mountain Grille, both fine dining restaurants. We are looking forward to coming back to Beaver Creek again.

Our family of six stayed at the Oxford Court 4 bedroom in Beaver Creek. The condo was very spacious and well decorated. The ski-way provided easy access back to the property. We preferred to walk to the Centennial lift in the morning which was only about a 2 minute walk. We used the pool, hot tub and workout room. Berkshire Hathaway was very easy to deal with and we liked their phone app as well.

We rented in Beaver Creek with Berkshire Hathaway and had a fantastic vacation! To start, we arrived at 2am and didn’t have to go to an office to get a key, which was a brilliant time saver, so we were able to drive straight to the home. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our stay – including all of the handy kitchen appliances and cooking utensils for our nights eating in. Berkshire responded promptly to a minor issue we had with a window that wouldn’t open, fixed within 2 hours of our call. Parking can be tight, but once we parked at our home we used the free dial-a-ride
