BIG fan! Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I genuinely felt like they wanted to help me with my phone and were not looking to just make money off of me. If you're in need of electronic help, look no further!

Fast, the quality of service is affordable, and I will certainly go there again for my MacBook Pro and other apples needs. I am not a computer person and I didn't want to be taken advantage of. They explain their process, answered my questions, and kept me in the loop from start to finish.
They are now my computer people and trust them!

My Macbook was having issues. Apple quoted me 2 weeks for an appointment and said it might not be fixable. Buckeye laptop repaired my Macbook in 2 days and was $300 cheaper

I got an iPhone screen repair and the service was exceptional! I was able to walk in and out within the hour, and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Before I left, they had me make a call to make sure everything was working perfectly. I would definitely go back again.

Took my laptop in because I had a Steam game that wasn't loading properly and kept crashing. They took my laptop so they could run daignostics and told me what the issue was. This did take a few days but to be fair the weekend played a part in that. Everyone was very nice and my laptop works perfectly now I can say I'm very happy with their service!

I was impressed with how customer oriented their staff was! Annette, in particular, went out of her way to take my laptop to their Dayton location (while the Columbus location was closed) to have the technicians there make the repairs, and went out of her way to get it back to me as soon as they finished. Great customer service!

Awesome customer service! My laptop had gotten wet and they took it in immediately to open it up and dry it out. It was really inexpensive and saved me a trip and lots of $$$ at the Apple Store. Thank you!!!

Conveniently close to work for me, great and quick service, and my iphone appears to be in great condition! The woman at the front desk was SO sweet too.

The only negative for me was the pricing...my screen and screen protector were cracked with no other issues. A lot of places quoted me around 80$ for screen repair, so I was expecting that price when I brought it to Buckeye Laptop. Unfortunately, it was double the price! Make sure you ask for a quote before the repair occurs!

I was very impressed by the staff and knowledge of Buckeye Laptop in dealing with my laptop issues! They were friendly and presented options in either repairing my laptop or purchasing a reconditioned laptop! I purchased a similar laptop from them - and I am so happy with the reconditioned one I got - and they were able to transfer all my data and pictures on to my new one!! Wonderful place to do business - feel that I am being given good information and a fair price!!

Ok, so I'm a computer geek and could've fixed this myself but since it was my company laptop I decided to see them. It could've been a pain searching online and finding a screw to fit my laptop. They found one in a matter of seconds and charged me nothing. The place is right next to CVS and very clean. Thank you guys for your help, you'll made my day.

I dropped my laptop, shattering the screen and bending the case that holds the screen in place. I first took the laptop to the best buy geek squad, who informed me that the cost to replace the screen would be about the same as a new computer. They also said they would never be able to fix the case, so my laptop wouldn't be able to close. So, the geek squad said that my best option was to buy a new computer. I went to Buckeye Laptop earlier today because a screw in my Mac had come loose and was preventing me from being able to charge my laptop. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they fixed the issue in under five minutes. Since it wasn't a lengthy repair they didn't even charge me! Overall it was a really great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service. It took them just under 2 hours to complete a screen replacement. They are tech guys and have tech guy jokes with is endearing and cute. Calvin helped me out and did it all with a smile directed at the wall behind me.

We discovered Buckeye Laptop a few years ago. They have fixed several phones for us. In the last two weeks, they fixed a charging port on my iphone 6, and today another iphone 6 needed a new home button. Great price and even better than that, it is just fast. We have never waited more than an hour or two.

No one wants to have to use one of these services. My iPad screen shattered after I dropped it, and I looked to one of these third-party services to save some money on the repair. Apple charges $249 for a screen repair, and these services are typically in the $120 range.
