I have had approx. 7 spinal fusion surgeries with Dr. Gehkt & Dr. Sundberg over the past 10 to 15 years. They both have performed 5+ stars as surgeons. I would never, ever trust anyone else to operate on my spine. They have built one of the most prestigious and dependable practices in the world. My unhappy experience occurred w/their pain management person. I now have corporal tunnel in my left hand. She sent me to their "hand" specialist whom I also feel very happy with. The issue is that I received my first injection a few weeks ago and go back for follow-up Monday for the follow

Dr. Cole is fantastic. The procedures took my pain away. On the other side the billing department is the worst. I paid as requested at every visit. After all insurance was done I received a final bill. This I paid immediately. They charged my credit card twice even though the second charge could not be applied anywhere as I had a $0 balance. I have tried for 2 months for a refund. Many excuses. Never returns calls. Finally got a call back after I told them I would dispute both charges for fraud. All you need to do is say I'm sorry, we made a mistake, and fix it. It,s that simple.
