Greg has spent more than 30 years in the upstream oil and gas industry. Greg founded Step Change Consulting, a technical service provider for oil and gas operations working both domestically and internationally. While at Step Change, Greg was instrumental in Caelus Energy Alaska's purchase and subsequent transition from Pioneer Natural Resources.
