Key packaging specializes in manufacturing various types of Thermoformed and Vacuumed formed packaging. Blister packaging - Face seal blisters, two piece blisters, trapped blisters, combo blisters & Blister Cards. Tamper & theft resistant blister packaging. Increased product visibility clamshell packaging.
Our fully integrated manufacturing software ensures a timely review of new package development designs, automatically notifying employees of new projects, and reminding them of impending deadlines. We track each package development project through every step, ensuring your satisfaction. Proper material selection and mold finishes are vital in making our customers' products look the best that they can.
At the heart of our manufacturing operation we have 18 state-of-the-art in-line thermoforming machines featuring customized computer control panels which provide precise controls for temperature, pressure and cycle time. The variety of thermoforming machine sizes, robotics and match metal die-die-cutting allow Key packaging to serve both large and small customers alike.
Several of our customers provide us with weekly forecasts of their product needs. We use these forecasts to manage our schedule and help keep our plant level-loaded. We ship small batches of product to your facility as needed. This keeps your inventory levels at a minimum and helps ensure that you do not run out of inventory, while keeping costs under control.
