Mark was great. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional and gave us a lot of great advice to deal with our pest problem. We had our crawl space encapsulated by American Pest Control. They gave us a free inspection and quote before doing the work, and once the work began they were fast and professional. I didn't even know they were there most days, and I was working from home. They knew that I was concerned during the pandemic, and they always wore masks when coming to our house, whether we were talking in close distance, or they were just in and out. Before the project, we had 90%+ humidity in our crawl space. We couldn't store anything in there, and I was always worried that there could be issues with mold and moisture
