Mauricio Sanchez did "excellent job" to resolve and fix the problems with client satisfaction. okay then and I would like to thank all the sider worker did fabulous and tremendous job led by Mr.Fred. I had my roof replaced by Apple Exteriors on October 9th 2020. When it came time to do the roof I called ahead of time to ask if anything needed to be moved off the deck for them to complete the job. I then found out that my roof was no longer on the schedule for the planned date and nobody ever called or left a message notifying me. I was told it was pushed back one day so my girlfriend had wasted a day of PTO due to her position working from home. The next day came and no one showed up to do the roof. I called and informed them of this and was told there was miscommunication and they were still

Work is now complete and we are finally satisfied with the work after many errors and delays and miscommunications. After the agreed upon work was finished we are now in dispute over additional charges for work not agreed upon and not performed but still they want restocking charges as they claim any supplementals are a binding contract with them. They view their contract as a blank check for anything that they can cram into it without the homeowners permission first. I would not recommend Apple to anyone looking for home improvements. Buyer beware!

I can’t say enough good things about Apple Exteriors! From the start to the finished product they were professional, timely, experienced, with great attention to detail and their communication was top notch. Even with the weather not cooperating, they were able to finish the job on time and on budget which is not something I’m used to when dealing with other construction companies. Double thumbs up! You’ve got yourself a client for life!

Most importantly, the final completion of the work on my roof is beautiful and gives my home a fresh new look! I'm very satisfied!
The reasons why they get 5 stars:
1) Great communication, transparent and set reasonable expectations upfront - no surprises!
2) What was promised was delivered without any issues: dumpster delivered on time, permit pulled, accurate timeline (they actually completed a day early)
3) Labor team was on time, efficient, respectful and clean
4) Easy to do business with: I was given professional advice and options! From educating me on the insurance claims process
