My wife and I moved from California a year ago and have been looking for a home since July, and we knew nothing because we were first time home-buyers. Nathan stood with us the whole way through; he made us feel like we were his top priority every text, call, home visit, the whole 9 yards. If I could give more than five stars I would!!! I was working with another realtor and felt like she was not hearing my needs so I called Nathan at Garretts Realty three days before I came into town (in my own version of House in a Hurry) to look at and put an offer on a home.

Ed and Nathan helped my husband and I walk through houses virtually and it was like we were there! My husband was deployed and I was across the country and we walked through our new home and started the process of purchase all by proxy! The home was exactly what we expected, only needed to upgrade some paint. Ed took care of everything through the purchase process and answered all of my questions and kept me in the know with every step! Nathan made sure to describe what he was seeing while video calling us in different parts of the world!
