Last June, our office obtained a $15,000,000 judgment in Alameda County on a Wrongful Death case. The father of three daughters was murdered in 1990 but no suspect was arrested until a conspirator confessed in 2017. I've used Gingery law firm twice now. Both Jeffery Hammer and Justin Gingery have been amazing! They have been there to help me every step of the way. I don't know if you have ever had to call a law firm before. Most you seem to talk to a "Case Manager"... This is incredibly frustrating. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO TALK TO A CASE MANAGER with GINGERY LAW FIRM! The 2 or 3 times I needed to talk to their paralegal Jessica was even amazing. She is a crucial part of the team! Any time I had questions or concerns I have spoken directly to Jeff or Justin. They are always able to help and return calls promptly

A+ 5 STARS After the sudden departure of our initial lawyer, we were shuffled around the firm and ended up with a very competent and hard working match: Jeffrey Hammer is wonderful and a true pleasure to work with. Unfortunately records were lost in the transition and re-acquiting medical records was a nightmare (fortunately they credited the records fee). They ultimately settled on the lowest end of what we were willing to take. We received little to no hep with liens and the award was a pittance of what we settled for. Given all the issues more considerations should of been made. I'm just glad
