I bought my last car brand new 11 years ago and decided I wanted to go with something gently used this time around but still nice and reliable. I had planned to buy a vehicle with Caleb at Brothers Auto. As we were making plans to come up and test drive, I found a vehicle with an independent sale. Caleb was super professional and kind. He worked with me to purchase my car so I didn't have to go through the work of selling it on my own. I will be buying my next vehicle from Brothers. Everyone was friendly and chatted with me. I have worked in customer service and since I left, I have been disappointed with a majority of my daily experiences, but NOT here. When I was waiting for one person, several individuals made sure to check in with me; making sure I was being helped as well as making small talk with me. Everyone seemed so genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable.I was offered water, coffee
