Louis came to the house to diagnose the problem. He called ahead of time to say when he would be on his way. The bearings were shot on our washer. The next week he came back with the parts, fixed the washer and it's so quiet now I hardly know it's on. He's professional, thorough and honest. Couldn't be happier and will use in the future for all of our appliance needs.

I called AZ Appliance and like everyone else, they are busy, but they came as soon as they said they would. On time, as promised.
They were prompt and Louis was honest and straightforward with me. Parts nationwide are hard to get, due to the pandemic. Yet his assistant Teresa searched nationwide and located the part that was needed all the way in Alabama.
I was completely satisfied with the results and I would recommend them unequivocally.

We've been waiting ONE MONTH to get our refrigerator and stove repaired. This company does not follow through. They delayed in submitting the repairs for approval to the home warranty company; they were going to contact me about when the parts would arrive and never did and we have no clue when our appliances will be repaired. This also will be the 4th time in the last year that they have repaired our refrigerator for the same problem. I would strongly recommend using another company.

We just purchased a home and the washer and dryer were left with the home. The washer's seal was bad and leaked on our floor. My husband called these guys and they were out the next day! The repair guy couldn't find the model of the our Whirlpool washer for the part, so had to do some research. He ordered the part needed, was back out a couple day later to install it and told us how to maintain the washer for optimal use. Even after miscommunication between myself and my husband, the owner went above and beyond and called us back to ensure we fully understood what the issue was with

I called Az Appliance service to fix my elderly moms dishwasher since I lived 2 hours away and couldn't look at it. They came out on time and discovered that she accidental hit the child proof button on it keeping it from working. They reset it and didn't charge for the visit which was amazing and unexpected but appreciated. It was also during the Cororavirus so they work a mask and gloves but also asked her if she needed any help with anything else since she was alone. This really showed the great caring and heart of the employee and company. They are the best!
