I was in need of quick service for a new hearing aid. Monica went what I consider above and beyond in achieving this goal. Not only did she work with the manufacturer to get it over night. She then worked with MUSC in arranging all the programming. She got me in very quickly to get me fitted correctly. This allowed me to then travel with no issues. Since that time, I have been back to see Monica for a couple of small adjustments/additions and she has been just wonderful about everything and so pleasant to be with. I would highly recommend these guys for all your audiology needs 100%. They are GREAT

In a word , Dr. wiser is caring and to top that she is extremely professional and competent.
The 50 caliber machine gun and the 90 mm main gun on my tanks destroyed my hearing and we were never told about hearing protection. That Weiser is very aware of the needs of those who are hard of hearing, since she herself is so afflicted.

It's hard to describe the vast difference between the hearing clinic at the Savannah VA and Monica's Beaufort Audiology. 3 to 4 years ago I got hearing aids from the VA. Although a pleasant experience there was no real instruction or follow up care. When I did need follow up this year as my hearing aids were kaput, I was told I could have an appointment in approximately 7 months. I was asked if I wanted to go through the VA's new Community Care Program and could be seen in Beaufort instead of Savannah. Of course I said yes. Due to COVID and the shutdown I had to wait a couple of months but was

We recently moved to the area, and I woke up with a non-functioning hearing aid. Being President's Day, most places were closed. It was our luck! I called Beaufort Audiology, was able to get in within a few hours. They checked out my hearing aid, involving me in the process. It turns out the receiver was bad.
They could have told me it was time for a new hearing aid, but they were honest, let me know that they had a new receiver in stock, simply replaced the receiver. Woo Hoo, I can hear again!

Dr. Wiser has been my audiologist since 2013. I have been wearing hearings aids since 1958 and Dr. Wiser is unquestionably the best audiologist I have ever had. She researches the latest technology to provide optimum care for her patients. Her warm and delightful personality as well as her tremendous patience make it a pleasure to work with her. The team at Beaufort Audiology (Monica and Pamela) are outstanding! Their facility is fully equipped to test your hearing, prescribe the right hearing aid solution and provide follow-on adjustments and service. One of the key features and benefits is that most follow-up visits and any adjustments are usually not charged (unlike many other providers and big box stores). Yes, you may pay more for the initial set of hearing aids, but not being charged for any adjustments or tuning certainly makes up for the initial price. I highly recommend them for all aspects of your hearing challenges!

Approximately 5 years ago I started having "ringing in the ears" and one or two occasions of dizziness, ie, vertigo symptoms. I went to a local ENT doctor. I was then referred to doctors at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, MUSC in Charleston, SC, and the Georgia Ear Institute in Savannah. NO real help in helping me hear spoken words better. As a financial services professional and having to be able to hear clients clearly, I was very concerned about my hearing loss and inability to understand what was said to me in meetings and conferences.
