A Navy brat for the first 12 years of his life, Dr. Santos moved with his family to beautiful Seaside, OR after his father retired from the Navy. He became a Seaside High Alum in 1995 and went on to complete his undergraduate studies at Oregon State University before obtaining his dental doctorate from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI in 2002.
