I truly enjoyed this company for over three years. However when an acquaintance of the driver moved in next door the issues started. Apparently if you give the driver a little extra 🤢 they will take your trash free of charge.
They received free service for over a year which is wrong and unprofessional. The driver picked up their garbage in non sanctioned containers until I confronted the company about the issue. After doing so they quickly provided them with garbage cans. I thought I was doing the right thing however I was mistaken.

Inconsistent service and terrible customer service. Was a customer with this company for years and this year through the holidays November 2020-January 2021 on multiple occasions they did not pick up the trash as scheduled. Over Thanksgiving and Christmas went 2 weeks with no service each holiday. Called and left message on multiple occasions. We deducted from the bill the 2 weeks of no service since, was called by a very rude lady who told me I don't have the right to withhold payment and they didn't log my complaints of not receiving service told her it's not my problem they didn

There web site says they do delivery's in Olean and Allegany. I live in the town of Allegany in Knapp Creek. My address is Olean NY. They told me they don't deliver to My Address. They delivered a dumpster 1/2 mile from my house. I was told they changed their area of delivery. They are sorry. Very unprofessional of them.
