If you are seeking to hire a professional remodeler be sure to ask for references. It is important to make reference calls to verify that a particular contractor has done similar work on schedule and within budget for previous clients.
Making reference calls will also ensure that the contractor has demonstrated good communication skills, kept job sites clean, employed quality subcontractors, has good insurance, and was capable of effectively addressing other concerns (you or) previous clients may have had.It is the policy of TZ of Madison to give potential clients a list of at least three references for which we have done similar work in the past.

Cost is dependent upon the scope of your project/budget and your needs vs. desires. For some clients a "phased remodeling" is the best long-term solution.

As with any remodel, there are always hick-ups along the way, but Larry always responded quickly to any of our concerns and had them fixed to our satisfaction. In the end, we were very pleased with how the bathroom remodel
