Used to be great! When there for almost 2 decades! Not so much now. Messed up my daughter 2 years in a row. Last year delayed filing. When she called to make this year's appointment, it was discovered that they
(Chans) had received a check for my daughter last year that she was never informed of and was just put in her file. Don't know why it was sent there since the return was filed electronically. This year my daughter filed in early March. At the end of March she called Chans to see why nothing was showing on IRS site for her. They delayed filing AGAIN! It's now May and when
