Only had a question, but they answered it when the sears store couldn't because they have no more techs. Sears wants to charge you for the tech to come to your home. Thank God for the little guy who's not so little. Thank you for making life easier.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. He had the part in his truck and had it fixed within the hour. Had another issue where a sock was stuck in the pump and he figured out the problem and removed it. Great service! Thank you!

Worst customer service experience ever! The woman answering the phones is awful. Argued with me about how she's worked there for 35 years and I am not a customer (when I was trying to be a customer and schedule an appointment to get my dryer fixed. Umm..what?). She told me I should go to Howard Hughes. So I did and had a great experience! I will never go to Chris' Appliance again.

Not only did the repairman arrive promptly as scheduled; he was also knowledgeable and obliging. Even though he was only asked to address the issues with the dishwasher, he took the time to listen to the washer and a dysfunctional ceiling fan; He was also a lot of fun to talk to. He also spotted the trouble with our dishwasher immediately--darn thing was missing a gasket & the filters were packed full of purple glittery gel x P Gross! Thank you, Chris' for making scheduling convenient, arriving on time, and so quickly fixing our dishwasher.
