Its a fairly new facility with plenty of room to pull into the docks. There's a couple spots in the front you can park to wait for a door. Check in is next to the front doors. Small waiting area with a vending machine & sofas. 2 unisex bathrooms not sure if showers are for employees. Waited a couple hours to get loaded got paper work an hour or so after green light.

There are 4 parking places near dock 10. Stop and go in the office next to door A.
I'm pulling flatbed, I got loaded fast in the dock OH3. But I understood why drivers below say they wait for load for loooong time. Everyone works slow. It is quietly inside of the building like in the library. I secured load for 1.5 hours and after this I waited for paperwork for 30 min. 15 dryvans on the docks but they work like sloths.
