If I could put 0 stars I would this company took a family members money 50% upfront and did not deliver. They actually damaged the home. We will see them in court. Use someone else all these reviews are fake. Please do your research buyer beware would not recommend.

I had an issue with one of my living room windows (the long metal piece inside the frame that moved with the window when opening and closing it came completely out and when trying to open my window, it would fall back down) and posted about it on FB. I was really scared about it coming down on one of my kids. Alex responded and came over that… evening and had it fixed in just a couple minutes!! I was so relieved and grateful to him, he didn't have to answer my post, didn't have to come over same day and he didn't even charge me for it. I would highly recommend Everlasting Window and Door
