As an exclusive Husqvarna Viking dealer, we carry a full line of sewing, embroidery and serger machines, as well as providing new owner classes and qualified service and repair of all sewing machine brands.

Originally established in 1996, we purchased an innovative Gammill Longarm Quilting System and started teaching quilting classes.

This is a difficult review as I typically only leave positive reviews. I had a horrible experience with Marilou's and would never trust them with my machine. I should have checked their reviews before bringing my Pfaff there. This review is meant to help them perhaps get back on track. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. First, don't call them because they rarely, if ever, answer the phone. Don't leave a message because they do not return phone calls. I was told by Marilou's daughter that my service would take 2-3 weeks. That was on July 14th. Here we are August 17 and I've

They have had my fabric to be cut to patterns for several years. I have called too many times to count. I have stopped in the shop on numerous occassions only to be told, the fabric was at their house and they would mail it to me. They don't answer the shop phone or return my calls when I leave messages. I would love to make arrangements to pick up my fabric and pay for the service provided. Their lack of professionalism is beyond belief. I have $150.00 invested in fabric for my quilt and have nothing to show for it. I consider them thieves and not to be trusted. Do not hire these awful people to make a custom quilt for you. They will take your money and your stuff and do nothing for months! Marilou's daughter has zero customer service skills and a bad attitude. God forbid you express anything other than pleasure and she will treat you awful. The angry short man in the store verbally assaulted me. All of this was because I left them with a job to do in October that they promised to have done by Christmas. Two weeks before Christmas and all they did was cut out some.pieces and pin them to a sheet of fabric. Needless to say I was upset and near tears, as

Mary Lou spent two hours with my mom and me to teach us how to use the antique sewing machine my grandma gave me. We learned so much and we're beyond impressed with Mary Lou's general knowledge about sewing and machines and her specific knowledge of the (not-so-common) machine we have. She even fixed the tension problem that had been plaguing us! We had fun and learned so much. I highly recommend a private lesson with her if you need to familiarize yourself with your machine.
