This series of photos shows the conversion of this existing Fox Island home, into a larger, connected cottage style house, and it's companion mother-in-law house next door. Handyman Mike did all of the construction work on the new addition to the existing structure, plus constructed the new home next door.

He has an eye for detail that shows in the finished product. I own a new home which had a lot of issues due to being a short sale, and Mike has put his many years of experience to work to fix areas that were done poorly or just plain wrong.

Mike was awesome! Hired him to alter some cabinets so that our new counter-depth fridge would fit snugly in the cut-out. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and at a great price. Will definitely use him for future odd jobs around the house!

Mike followed up with our requests quickly. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job handling our small home projects. He was honest about work that could wait and gave us a fair price on the work that needed to be done at that time. We will be using Mike as our go to handyman in future.
