We worked with Natalie from the Shade Factory and she had great ideas for our window coverings. She was friendly, personable, professional and demonstrated interest in our satisfaction as her customers. Some of the shades are already installed and look great! Other shades are on order and we are excited to see them installed.

The Shade Factory installed curtains at my mothers house and the owner was very unprofessional and unhelpful. She waited 9 months for curtains to be installed (after wrong length was first sent), there was no follow up & she had to repeatedly call to get status, and she was charged an additional $1,000 after owner John called screaming at her. Completely disrespectful and inappropriate.

Loved that they showed up on time. From start to finish they were helpful and always keeping me informed on what was happening. I had all the drapery and blinds redone in my home. They were the originals, so an update was needed. Marianne was helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were on time, friendly and clean. It was such a pleasure working with The Shade Factory and I would absolutely recommend this company !! Thank you , thank you I love my windows !!!

This place is just plain awesome. I was in search for a vertical blind valance bracket and went to Home Depot, Ace, and local hardware stores but no luck. Low and behold I decided to give this store a try based on great reviews from others. John and Alicia are great... they took care of me and within a matter of minutes I had what I needed. I wish and hope that more local stores are run like this place - excellent service and they know their product. I know where I will be going when it's time to replace my blinds.

Had a great experience with the shade factory. Alicia was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right shades for my awkward window. Listed pros and cons for all the options we were looking at. She was very patient with me. Shades came in right away and were installed by Louie, who was super friendly, and very clean. No mess to clean up and even moved my couch that was in the way. Had a great experience with them from start to finish and will be going back for other windows.

Fantastic. Blown away by the excellent service, product and competitive pricing. A competitor, who had better reviews overall, cost slightly more and the salesman was just condescending enough to make me trust my gut and choose The Shade Factory instead.

Terrible experience! don't ever use! Similar experience to the reviewer below. Promised my order in 3-4 weeks it is now over 10 weeks and nothing. I had to call several times and was told it was on backorder and now another excuse. Very unprofessional and made several excuses over and over. As the review below the person in the office made excuses as to why the owner couldn't call and was very condescending and rude. Would not recommend at all.
