My photography is a culmination of my life experiences. I'm a crazy hard worker and I'm passionate about delivering only the best to my clients. My clients generally end up being friends. Photography is a very personal service and I enjoy getting to know my clients and making them feel awesome in front of the camera.
Lisa and Poppy Seed Photography were the best! They were able to capture every special moment of our wedding without us really knowing they were there. Lisa is warm and comfortable to work with and was able to work with all of my young bridesmaids ages 5-10 with patience and charm. She also paid special attention to my father who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease.
Weddings are days of beauty, small details, big emotions, many laughs, and just the right amount of tears. They are days of celebration, reverence, and real, deep, love. I take my role as photographer very seriously, but aim to have a fun time creating heirloom art for the couple that will last generations.
Engagement sessions are a fun way for us to get to know each other, help you get comfortable in front of my lens, and get ready for your big day! The session provides you with beautiful images that can be used to make beautiful pieces of art for your home, portraits for your desk at work, a customized guest book for your reception and save the date cards.
We offer on-location sessions, studio sessions, extended family portraits and family event coverage for birthdays, graduations and reunions. I am so happy I found Lisa for my reception photography. I only needed about 3 hours of coverage, and she was incredibly flexible with this time frame. What I loved was how detailed they were in capturing the day. I noticed even during dinner they were still snapping photos of the food, table decor, and entertaining the guests at their table. She had amazing candid photos during the cocktail hour, and captured all of the emotion of our first dances. She did an amazing job with the lighting, and our venue had zero natural lighting. Lisa did a wonderful job with our wedding - we couldn’t have been happier! She was really great to work with, and the quality of her photography was amazing! She had a great mix of traditional and creative pictures of our day. And she was happy to adjust when we had to change plans due to COVID. We are thrilled with the photos, and would definitely recommend her to friends!
