*Courteous and friendly interactions with all of their personnel
*Expansive knowledge of human resource issues, regs and laws
*Great tech support for state mandated seminars (harassment, etc) - and even "in person" training help for tech-challenged companies like mine
*Excellent follow through on payroll procedure and the occasional glitch
that inevitably happens when dealing with various pay issues
This company came highly recommended and I can see why. They aren't the most expensive

I honestly don't know why they received any negative feedback, as they have been nothing short of professional. Michel at Coneybeare responded very quickly to my urgent need for a new Accounting Manager, and sent me 3 candidates in less than one week. Although they are a staffing agency, I always forget that they are. When I was contacted by Coneybeare it was for a permanent position, with benefits. I also went through a very organized and personalized on-boarding process in which they looked at what I was looking in terms of employment. They did not just not throw me at a job they wanted to fill and hopes that I would stick.
