My experience goes beyond the actual service call. I had an equipment failure (the sensor should have been replaced by June 2021) and was experiencing warnings on a Sunday morning. I began texting the owner who provided my help and directions to get the sensor to stop the warnings. We continued to text on Sunday deciding to order replacements for several sensors and I got pricing established and a service time and had the service work done very professionally. This is not my first very positive experience with Protectus. Excellent company and a service focus.
