Craig has been with Kelly Tractor and Equipment for 14 years and has been in agriculture since his early teens. After graduating Carthage High in 1991, he attended Panola College and Stephen F. Austin University graduating in 1997. During his free time, Craig enjoys horses and spending time with his family.

Bought a Workmaster over a year ago from Kelly Tractor, they didn’t have the one I wanted and worked to find and get me what I was looking for. Josh did an amazing job and I was in and out in less than an hour. Around mid-late 2020 it started acting funny like it wasn’t getting enough power and they stated it needed a computer update and they came and picked it up and brought it back after the update was installed. Haven’t had a problem since.

I would not recommend doing business with Kelly Tractor & Equipment under any circumstances. The customer service is terrible, and the owner Craig will take advantage of you if given the opportunity.
On June 16th my company picked up a new tractor (New Holland) and deck (Brush Hog) that we had purchased from Kelly Tractor & Equipment. Within 2hrs we had to return to the dealer because of a slipped rubber disk failure on the deck. The Service Manager automatically assumed it was our fault because the blades had a few dings and the quote for repair was $1,146.07.
On July 3rd the deck was ready

If I could leave no stars I would.
First of all getting any work done on your tractor will cause you to have a drinking problem. Service department is absolutely useless you have to fight them to even look at your equipment. Getting any warranty work done is a waste of time. Just bought a tractor from them and it needed some work they left it sitting in the back of their yard for a month before looking at it after they told me it would only be a few days. I lost a great customer because of these clowns. I'll never go back there again

Craig should be required as an owner to tell his customers how badly their “service” department will screw you BEFORE you buy anything from them. I would recommend ANY other dealer in east Texas, the entire state of Texas, or the continental United States other than Kelly Tractor in Longview.
If you have a part or piece of equipment break down, him and his people won’t even check to see if it’s a warranty item before trying to get all the money out of you they can. Even if it’s on a piece that you bought brand new from them and didn’t even have 3 hours on it when it broke… nah, why

Had an issue on a tractor bushhog where the problem occurred two times. Second time the exact same issue happened, we as the customer called brushhog ourselves and found a bulletin had been issued on this deck. We informed dealer to which they replied, we checked the PTO boxes and they are “dead nuts even.” A few days later service manager calls me back, and what do you know, they need to be shimmed just as bushog said they may. Completely covered under warranty. The first repair we paid $650 for and it would have been covered under warranty if the dealer had simply checked with brush hog and

They have plenty of money, Craig does not need any more. His bank accounts are flush. I tried to have a tractor package delivered today, it was an I start no. That either tells me they don't need the business or if you have a problem it will sit there for a very long time. Josh the so called sales thing needs to be seeing used rubbers.

Great service! Josh is an awesome guy to work with. He was willing to stand out in the rain to give a show and tell on the tractor I was interested in. This is what made me purchase my first tractor through them. I’ll definitely buy from them in the future.

Worst place to service a tractor, they kept my Mahindra for 2 months and it just needed a bolt and gasket, then when I got it back it has not ran right since. I hope this place goes bankrupt because they will never see any equipment or money from me... Oh icing on the cake was they estimated the job was 400 and then charged me 1400 for a tractor that ran perfect untill they touched it. POS
Update, in photo proof they lost the original 1 piece washer which we pulled the injectors today to prove their negligence. They unbelievably replaced a thick original washer on the injector with 2 that do not

I would like to thank Kelly Tractor for their outstanding customer service and work completed on my Mahindra 5570 tractor. I had an issue with my tractor and I was able to contact my salesman, Josh, and within a few days my tractor was picked up and being assessed by the mechanics. Been doing business with them 4 over 20 yrs. I'm a hay farmer and my less than yr old tractor tore up n they've had it in my booming season for 5 months finally asked for loaner they did for 3 weeks give r take , then came got it in middle of a job and the cost is too high in loss to continue any business with these people at Kelly tractor. Kelly Tractor Longview did not stand behind their service 9/2020.

Since August of 2019 I have been having a problem with my AC on my New Holland t 4.95. My tractor has been a Kelly Tractor in Longview Texas multiple times in the last year for the very same AC problem, not cooling, each time.

August 2019 they said the problem was due to dirty filter, they replaced all filters $600 +.
December 2019 they said it was the expansion valve, replaced valve, dryer, Etc $1,500 +.
August 2020 same problem, they primarily did diagnostic work, recharged refrigerant $400 +.

Good experience today. Actually had to exchange the part purchased yesterday but now that we have the old part removed we can better match it. Exchange was painless and fast. Parts prices are typical dealer rates so not surprised but can't avoid complaining. Was nice to quickly get up and running again with an off the shelf part.
