Stuart, Eddie, did a magnificent job of carefully cleaning some very dirty and damaged windows. We've been smiling all evening at the wonder of all we're able to now see. We recommend having your windows cleaned at least once or twice a year to prevent hard water accumulation and to extend the longevity of windows and screens.

A BIG 5 stars for Stuart and team at A-1! Needed emergency cleaning of gutters due to heavy rains and clogged downspouts. A-1 to the rescue. Efficient, knowledgeable, reliable - A-1 all the way around. A home with a 1,500 square foot roof will shed 1,000 gallons of water for every inch of rain fall.
I am more than satisfied. They were totally professional, easy to deal with. They came when they said, did a great job and the price was less than I thought it would be. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Over time, dirt, stains, pollutants and moss can build up on house exteriors, decks and walkways.
The two gentlemen who came to do our windows were amazing. They were professional, courteous and meticulously paid attention to all detail blemishes! You deserve your number one rating on Yelp. Solar panels are similar to the windows in your car or home. They get dirty from rain, dust, pollen, soot, smog, auto emissions, chimney ashes, bird droppings, leaves and other environmental debris.

These guys were great. We used them for gutters and removing moss from roof. They came recommended by a neighbor. I called them after the big storm earlier in October, so they were booked solid (no surprise). So while it took two weeks or so before they could get to us, once they were here they were amazing. They were careful, safe, thorough, and really did a great job. Another neighbor commented how it looks we have a new roof - I couldn't agree more! Really wonderful and very reasonably priced.

I have a 3-story house on a hillside and my windows are not easily accessible. A-1 did a fantastic job reaching and cleaning all of them, inside and out, and they even replaced my bird-strike decals expertly! They were professional and thorough, and worked with my schedule to get the job done. I'm more than pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone!

We had our wood deck, concrete patio/driveway, and our brick steps and porch power washed and water sealed. The workers showed up on time and were quickly working hard! I wish I would've taken before and after pictures, but I didn't so you will just have to believe me that they did an excellent job. The deck looks almost new. The workers were efficient, polite, and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the work performed. I will definitely be calling them to get my gutters cleaned as well as my house washed. It's so nice to find a contractor that's easy to deal

A1 have been great from the start - really easy to communicate with, fit me in at short notice and the team that came out were just lovely. Ever so sweet, and they did a wonderful job of getting to windows that were a little bit tricky to reach.

I love these guys. I'm a real estate agent and have relied on them for years to do the windows for my listings. I use them at my own house for gutter cleaning and windows as well. I don't usually give 5 star reviews unless something is perfect, but unlike a lot of home service related companies there is nothing material to complain about. I called to request a quote and they were able to come within a few days. Two days later I received an email quote with an online system to see everything and accept the quote. I opted for the "whenever you can" timeframe and I was called the same day to schedule my gutter cleaning which fell only a few days later despite the rainy weather.

We had lots of huge windows in our former home, some of which were 16' high. A-1 always did a spectacular job of keeping them clean, as well as getting rid of the many spider webs that seemed to cluster near the top of the building. No doubt, we'll have A-1 take care of our new home as well. Highly recommended!
